If you’re in Pune, we schedule in-studio fittings. For outstation clients, we provide detailed measurement guidance and conduct virtual checks to ensure a perfect fit.

No worries at all! We regularly work with clients across India and overseas. From design discussions to fabric selection and fittings, everything can be coordinated online. We guide you step by step for measurements and ship the final outfit to you.

All orders are processed after confirmation, at which point we will share your specific dispatch timeline. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and informed to you before the item is dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within estimated timelines based on your specific location.

While delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, we will always assist you with updates. Please note that Studio Kefi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

All stitched garments are eligible for free alterations for 1 month from the date of delivery. After this period, minimal alteration charges will apply.
